Rain, Chosen as the Man of the Beach with his Sculpted Body

Singer Rain was recently selected as the number one singer to put suntan oil on.When 1937 of the online music site, Juke On’s, members were asked, ‘Which singer would you want to put suntan oil on at the beach?”, Rain came up with 815 votes, taking 42.1% of the votes to charge the number 1 spot.

Rain’s ‘well-sculpted body’ not only captivates the eyes of the Koreans, but is also taking the eyes of women in Japan as well.Internet users who took the survey responded, “I would like to rub suntan oil on Rain’s sexy body. I’d like to see Rain’s wide shoulders and back.”

Son Ho-Young of the group GOD, received 347 votes (17.9%) to take 2nd place.

Son Ho-Young appeared on the cover of a health magazine this year, showing off his great upper-body and defined abs, which he won the ‘Junior Grand Prize for Best Abs’ for as well. Seven came in 3rd with 338 votes (17.4%).

Seven is currently in America preparing for his American album. 4th place was taken by Fly to the Sky’s Brian with 249 votes (12.9%), and Kim Dong-Wan took 5th place with 188 votes (9.7%).

Actress Yun Eun-Hye returns to the TV set 1 year after her role in KBS drama’s ‘Vineyard Man’, where she says, “Now I will be able to show my acting talent”.The MBC Monday, Tuesday drama ‘Coffee Prince Store 1 (writers Lee Jeong-Ah, Jang Hyeon-Ju, Director Lee Yoon-Jeong) held a production conference in the CCMM building on the 26th at 3pm in Yeoido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Actress Yun Eun-Hye stated her opinions, “I fully trust the director, and haven’t worried too much about the production. I wanted to show a higher level of acting rather than my usual spunky roles.”Based on the writer Lee Seon-Mi’s original romance novel under the same name, ‘Coffee Prince Store 1’, actors Gong Yu, Lee Seon-Gyun, Chae Jeong-An, and Yun Eun-Hye present the dreams and love of four people.

Yun Eun-Hye plays Ko Eun-Chan, a woman who dresses up as a man to get a part time job at a coffee shop. Yun Eun-Hye expressed her thoughts on her new haircut in order to play a woman dressed up as a man, “My hair will grow again, but it’s hard to find a production that will help me grow as an actress, and that is why I didn’t regret cutting my hair.”

She added, “In ‘Palace’, I felt like I was still an amateur, and there were some scenes I was not satisfied with in ‘Vineyard Man’, but my third drama will allow me to show another level of my acting instead of the same old spunky character.”

Yun Eun-Hye shared her thoughts about her new role, “This character tries to be bright and stay positive in front of others, and I was pleased with the fact that I can display such an upbeat character.”

On the other hand, MBC Best Theater drama ‘Taereung Training Center’, production director Lee Yun-Jeong, is planning to use some unique directing and production techniques. The general public has great expectation for this director

Rain to Make it on His Own? New Office and Good Luck Ritual Held

After Rain’s contract ended with his previous management company, JYP, all eyes were on Rain as he followed another direction with an unknown office somewhere in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, and has captivated the interests of the entertainment industry as he held a good luck ritual ceremony on the past 20th.

Rumors of large entertainment management companies to spend tens of billions of Korean won on Rain began receiving even more attention when the world began to expect him to create his own entertainment company.

Still, the official company name and questions if Rain is to personally participate in the business himself is left to be answered sometime in mid-August.

Of course, Rain’s decision is still not 100% certain. Rain recently explained, “I prepared an office to continue on with my work, temporarily. Soju is one of Korea’s traditional liquors. It’s the beverage of choice for any samgyeopsal (pork belly) party. Just imagine the combination of soju, fatty samgyeopsal and cigarettes when Korean men gather together!
